I have just been reading about the different opportunities to go sailing from Corralejo, there are some great excursions, one of them is on the Catlanza.
Catlanza departs from the harbour of Corralejo in Fuerteventura (and also Lanzarote’s Puerto Calero). Their complimentary bus will collect you from your resort and take you directly to the harbour. Here after a welcome from the crew, you will leave the marina and sail towards the beaches of Papagayo.
If you are lucky the crew might even let you have a try at sailing the vessel, trimming the sails, maybe even taking the helm for a while.
Once at the beaches, the anchor will be dropped and there is a time for swimming and snorkelling in the beautifully clear waters.
Then its time for a meal before sailing gently back along the coast to the Port.
This is a fabulous excursion and one that can be highly recommended.
